John O'Sullivan, President,
has a broad range of financial, operational,
business development and consulting experience with early stage,
middle market and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining
Chemogen, John was a principal with Masthead Venture Partners.

Vladimir Koulchin, Ph.D., Founder& Scientific
Advisor, is an industrial scientist with more
than 20 years of R&D experience. Vladimir has directed
the development of numerous diagnostic tests, seven of which
have been commercialized and licensed by the FDA or USDA. Prior
to founding Chemogen, Vladimir held senior R&D positions
at Binax and MedImmune.

Don Lennon, Engineering Manager,
a 30 plus year veteran of the diagnostic industry, brings mechanical
and process engineering expertise to the management team. Don
has designed and implemented the manufacturing process in a number
of commercially successful immunodiagnostic companies specializing
in rapid detection tests. Prior to joining Chemogen, Don held
positions at Binax, Carter Wallace and Clinical Assays.

Joe Grant, Manager of Manufacturing
and Product Development, joined Chemogen full time in
its early stages after graduating from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute. Initially, Joe worked on several key R&D projects
as a Research Scientist. As Chemogen grew based on the success
of these projects, Joe’s role expanded into the management
of the Manufacturing and Product Development areas of the Company.

Elena Molokova, Director
of Immunology, has more than 20 years of experience in
the field of microbiology, immunochemistry of bacterial antigens,
and immunoassay development. During this time Dr. Molokova
developed four commercial immunodiagnostic systems commercialized
in the U.S. and worldwide. Elena has authored numerous scientific
papers and patents.
